Cancellation Policy

Your reservation fee of $500 becomes non-refundable 10 days after booking and if your arrival date is less than 60 days from your date of arrival. The deposit becomes non-refundable if cancelled 10 or more days after booking date, and 60 days prior to check-in. Cancellations made 30 - 60 days prior to check-in forfeit 50% of the amount paid and the $500 deposit unless unit can be re-rented in which the booking deposit will be retained and balance refunded. Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance will forfeit entire amount unless re-rented in which the booking deposit will be retained and 25% of the rental amount. Cancellation refunds due to extreme circumstances: In the event of unprecedented circumstances, such as major disasters or provincial shut down, the deposit and balance of reservation will be refunded less $500 service / cancellation fee. Major disasters do NOT include ALERTS or RECOMMENDED government no travel. Only mandatory no travel is considered a major event. Smoke due to forest fires is not considered a major event!
