Cancellation Policy

Your reservation deposit of $500 per week, is refundable less $100 service fee, if cancelled 1-6 days from booking date. The deposit becomes non-refundable if cancelled 7 or more days after booking date, and 60 days prior to check-in, unless the unit can be re-rented. If the unit is re-rented $100.00 will be retained and balance of booking deposit refunded.

Cancellations made 30 - 60 days prior to check-in forfeit 50% of the amount paid and the $500 deposit unless unit can be re-rented in which the booking deposit will be retained and balance refunded.

Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance will forfeit entire amount unless re-rented in which the booking deposit will be retained and 25% of the rental amount.

In the event of unprecedented circumstances, such as major disasters or provincial shut down, the deposit and balance of reservation will be refunded less $100 service / cancellation fee. Major disasters do not include alerts or recommended government no travel. Only mandatory no travel is considered a major event. Smoke due to forest fires is not considered a major event.

Cancellation refunds due to extreme circumstances:

If you have to cancel your reservation due to a mandatory no travel into British Columbia from another province or if you have been confirmed or tested by a physician that you cannot travel due to Covid19, your deposit will be forfeited or you may choose to receive a credit voucher for another time available in the same calendar year.
