This is a great unit! Popular ground level unit is just steps to one of the most beautiful beaches on Mara Lake. The cozy lakefront property is located in Quarrystone Lakeside Villas, just a short drive to the heart of Sicamous and Grindrod with quick access to grocery, restaurants, bars & shops. The Resort offers plenty of amenities for guests to enjoy; the vast beach front; boat slip in the private marina. There is even a shared fire pit down on the beach. This Resort has thought of everything to entertain you and your family while on vacation!
Just a short stroll down to the beach. Enjoy cooking on the grill and dining outside! It comfortably sleeps 5 guests 2 adults and 3 kids, Queen in the master, Bunk Bed single and double in the second. The kitchen is fully stocked, bedding is provided. Wifi. Washer and Dryer on suite. It features a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, BBQ & Patio area, queen in the master, double/single bunk in the second bedroom. Unit comes with a private boat slip for fun on Mara and Shuswap Lakes.
Parking:
There is one parking space available behind the cabin. Additional parking is located outside of the resort fence. We ask that there be no more than 1 vehicle. If you need boat trailer staorage please ask us and we will provide some options for you.

Non Refundable Reservation Deposit : $500
Cancellation Policy
Your reservation fee of $500 becomes non-refundable 10 days after booking and if your arrival date is less than 60 days from your date of arrival. The deposit becomes non-refundable if cancelled 10 or more days after booking date, and 60 days prior to check-in. Cancellations made 30 - 60 days prior to check-in forfeit 50% of the amount paid and the $500 deposit unless unit can be re-rented in which the booking deposit will be retained and balance refunded. Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance will forfeit entire amount unless re-rented in which the booking deposit will be retained and 25% of the rental amount. Cancellation refunds due to extreme circumstances: In the event of unprecedented circumstances, such as major disasters or provincial shut down, the deposit and balance of reservation will be refunded less $500 service / cancellation fee. Major disasters do NOT include ALERTS or RECOMMENDED government no travel. Only mandatory no travel is considered a major event. Smoke due to forest fires is not considered a major event!
